Absolutely wonderful experience. Was made to feel so at home as well as leaving loving my hair. You could definitely tell a lot of expertise was there behind the balayage application and I’m still so happy with it. I was nervous as it was my first time at this salon after being with another hair dresser in the UK for over 6 years. So pleased I came and I know I’ll be making the trip to Doreen going forwards for all my colour needs!

I have been getting my hair done at HBI for almost four years now and my hair has never looked as good as it does now after starting to surrender to the grey! Bernadette and Nadine are my regular hairdressers and are so friendly, very knowledgeable and take great pride in their work. Over the years I have found all the staff to be really lovely to me though.

Professional and happy to work with me on my requirements. Nadine is friendly, and offered great suggestions on the kind of hairstyle I want after showing her my dress and chatting with her that it's my post wedding celebration lunch. Her colleague Raine did a great job on my bridesmaid's hair too. I was surprised to see the salon almost full at 8am on a Saturday and I believe it speaks well of the professionalism and good work of this business. Will definitely get my return business whenever I need a glow up.
